My kids aren't anti-veggie (yet?), but just like most kids their age, they have days where they don't want/eat their veggies. Well, I have a new secret weapon... A super yummy smoothie made with vanilla almond milk, vanilla Greek yogurt, frozen bananas, natural peanut butter and loads of spinach!
