Trying to catch up...

There must be something about going out of town that makes me completely fall behind on this blog. I'm going to try and add a few now post-dated posts to get caught up on the latest excitement around here. :)

We went back to Encinitas, CA this year for a week at the beach. Mema (my Mom) & G flew out to spend the week with us. The weather was still a bit cool, but it was a welcome change from the heat here in Phoenix. I am thinking of trying a more kid friendly location next year though. I'd love to be somewhere with big open expanses of beach, a boardwalk to stroll along, etc. We'll see what we can find between now and then.
