Fathers Day Weekend

We had a nice visit, albeit a short one, to Palm Springs for Fathers Day. Craig wound up having to do a case Saturday morning before we could leave town, so we arrived in PS around 3:30/4:00pm on Saturday and left around 4:15pm on Sunday. It was lots of fun though... 8 adults, 2 small children, 1 infant and 4 dogs. All in a 2 bedroom condo. lol Never a dull moment.

Some pics from our trip. Can you believe I took 150 pics in that 24 hour period? lol I think I have a problem. ;-)

Hey, what are you doing back here with me?
Photobucket

This is great! You should sit back here all the time.
Photobucket

The pups, along for the ride to PS. First time since McKenna has arrived.

Stella stinkin' up the truck with her awful breath.

Koal, gazing out the window.
Photobucket

And, she's out. We were maybe 15 minutes into the trip.
Photobucket

And she slept the whole way.... almost 4 hours.
Photobucket

I finally found a pet barrier to put up so that Koal doesn't repeatedly climb up on the center console between the two 2nd row seats and slobber all over McKenna.
Photobucket

We had to use every available space in order to fit the dogs, McKenna, the two of us and all of our stuff. We made it work though and I'm glad we were able to take the pups.
Photobucket

Our bags in the front seat, while I sat in the back with McKenna.
Photobucket

We even had a few items behind the pet barrier, but Koal & Stella didn't seem to mind.
Photobucket

She woke up about 30 min or so outside of Palm Springs and just played with her toys. Here she is talking to/petting bunny.
Photobucket

Are we there yet?
Photobucket

"And so I said to Bunny...."
Photobucket

Getting close to Grandma's house...

Once we arrived... Straight to the pool!

Washing off the sunscreen. She looked so cute in the sink and just loved watching everyone, and herself, in the mirror.

Photobucket

I like bubble baths!
Photobucket

I thought these were just too funny not to share. The towel made her eyes look so blue, so I decided to take some pics. She looks so goofy in all of them. I love it.

Sliiiidin' down while Daddy was watching TV.
Photobucket

No pictures please.
Photobucket

A few ounces as we were leaving Palm Springs.
Photobucket

Just enough to send her straight to la-la-land.
Photobucket

She slept most of the way.

Scenery from the drive home.

Still sleeping...

Photobucket

Glad we didn't meet up with one of those during our trip.

This truck was so cool. I tried to snap a pic, but didn't get my camera on in time. It said COFFEE across the back. I thought it was neat.

McKenna.... Still sleeping!
Photobucket

Baby feet & hands.
Photobucket

And she's awake! About 30/45 min from home.
What?? We're not home yet?
Photobucket

I had to drape a burp cloth across the handle of the car seat to block the sun that was shining in her face while she was sleeping. When she woke up, she was having a good old time lifting it up and watching it fall back down.
Photobucket

Photobucket

I'm not sure about you lady.

Still just playing and entertaining herself on the way home.

Future soccer star?
Photobucket

Look at that technique!
Photobucket

Home and in her jammies. Of course Mommy made her model the adorable matching hat. Yet another precious hand-me-down from her cousin Sophia.
The camera again Mom?!?!!
Photobucket
