And, she's out. We were maybe 15 minutes into the trip.
And she slept the whole way.... almost 4 hours.
I finally found a pet barrier to put up so that Koal doesn't repeatedly climb up on the center console between the two 2nd row seats and slobber all over McKenna.
We had to use every available space in order to fit the dogs, McKenna, the two of us and all of our stuff. We made it work though and I'm glad we were able to take the pups.

We even had a few items behind the pet barrier, but Koal & Stella didn't seem to mind.
She woke up about 30 min or so outside of Palm Springs and just played with her toys. Here she is talking to/petting bunny.

I had to drape a burp cloth across the handle of the car seat to block the sun that was shining in her face while she was sleeping. When she woke up, she was having a good old time lifting it up and watching it fall back down.
