My workout/running program.... for Carolyn

Hey Carolyn... this is for you. Sorry it took me forever to get this up.

I've always wanted to be able to run. I tried once in the past, but gave up as quickly as I started because it was just punishing. However, this program seems much easier. Although I think I was still smoking back when I tried it the first time. lol The might have had something to do with it. ;-) Anyway... I'm up to running for 3 minutes straight. That a big deal for me! Hopefully at the end of this I'll be able to run 15 minutes. Up next.... P90X!
